Elsewhere Studio Policy
Privacy Policy
How Elsewhere Studio handles customer information, private assets, and service records.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to run a commission: contact email, product and price version, answers you submit, consent records, payment status from Stripe, and private files you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver your commission, operate the Portal, handle payment support, maintain fair dispute records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, Worker, database, storage, security controls, and delivery paths. Stripe processes checkout and payment records. AI-assisted production providers may process creative inputs under studio direction. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Final deliverables stay in the private Portal for 12 months by default, so keep a local backup after download. Likeness reference photos are used only for the commission, never to train a public model or build a face database, and are scheduled for deletion 30 days after final delivery. You can ask for earlier deletion through studio@elsewherestudio.art; this may prevent unfinished work or revisions.
Public display
Your likeness or commission is not placed in the public Archive, Pinterest, or marketing without separate, clear permission. A client note is also private unless you choose the post-delivery Portal form to share that written note. That permission covers only the note and any credit you choose; it never permits use of your portrait or email. You may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing display permission does not change the quality of your delivery.
Contact
For privacy requests, write to studio@elsewherestudio.art from the email connected to your commission.
