Commission Agreement
The working agreement for an Elsewhere Studio portrait commission.
What you are commissioning
You are commissioning a private, AI-assisted and human-directed editorial fantasy portrait experience in the product tier shown at checkout. Product scope, price version, delivery timing, and included revision boundary are recorded with your order.
Creative process
The final work is an artistic interpretation. Persona Mode creates a possible identity. Likeness Mode is an artistic portrait, not a guarantee of identity-level replication. The Studio may decline unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing requests.
Your promises
You are at least 18, are commissioning your own portrait, have the right to submit any reference files, do not submit minors or private material without permission, and will not request protected characters, public figures, deceptive impersonation, or living-artist imitation.
Revisions
Included revisions are limited to the product tier. A revision refines the agreed direction. A full change of World, portrait mode, scope, or visual concept may require a new commission or separate quote.
Payment and cancellation
Study, Entry, and Story are paid in full at checkout. Collection starts with a no-payment application and uses a reservation payment only after the Studio explicitly accepts the scope. Cancellation, refund, chargeback, and delivery decisions are evaluated against the stage of work and the recorded commission history.
Public sharing
Purchase does not grant the Studio permission to display your likeness. Any public display uses a separate consent record that can be withdrawn for future promotion. A client note shared through the Portal is separate from image permission: it covers only the written note and optional credit, never your portrait or contact information.
Delivery
Digital files are delivered through the private Portal without the public sample watermark. Each final portrait includes a high-resolution sRGB PNG with a long edge of at least 3,000 pixels and a web-ready JPG copy. Every paid product also includes a studio-selected set of 1 to 5 exclusive cartoon social avatars or personal profile logos. This set is separate from the promised portrait count and is for personal social profiles, not a commercial trademark or business-logo license. Keep a local backup after download. The default Portal availability is 12 months unless the commission record says otherwise.
